Expo Inn Suites & Convention organises annual Cake Mixing Ceremony

The timely and cherished tradition of the Cake Mixing Ceremony event was organised by Expo Inn Suites and Convention in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. With this the stage for a joyous Christmas season has been set.

This Christmas celebration took place in the outdoor pool, which is just across the corner from the exquisite Café Amaris. The event allowed guests to participate and savour every delicious moment.
Board members, agencies, prominent media partners, and influencers were among the distinguished guests, who were joined by the hotel’s culinary craftsmen and crew. They enjoyed the artistic combination of fine-quality wine with a variety of premium dried fruits and candied treats.

The heady mixture was then set aside, with the fruits and nuts left to soak up the benefits of the spices and alcohol. The fragrant, fruity mixture will then be used to make some of the finest Christmas cakes and other traditional seasonal fare.

As food and beverages were served following the ceremony, the excited participants were also given little bits of refreshment.
