Her distinguished career highlights include receiving the Front Office Person of the Year 2023 accolade at the Accor South Asia Hotel Awards. Before joining Four Seasons Bengaluru, she was pivotal in front office management at both Novotel and Ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. Here, she led the teams to the highest guest satisfaction ratings nationwide and achieved a top 10 ranking among Accor hotels in India. Deepika’s professional journey started at Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach, evolving through various positions such as Assistant Manager and Management Trainee. She further refined her expertise in guest services and team leadership at Holiday Inn Chennai OMR IT Expressway and Park Hyatt Hyderabad.
