Rated among the top dining spots in Fort Lauderdale, Evelyn’s at Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale offers a unique blend of coastal Florida cuisine and Eastern Mediterranean flavors. Chef Brandon Salomon emphasizes “gathering around the mezze table” and curates a menu full of discovery and curiosity. His approach includes dynamic collaborations with some of the nation’s most talented chefs.

The series kicks off on June 25, 2024, with guest chef Brad Kilgore of Kilgore Culinary from Kansas City. Recently named Best New Chef in America by Food & Wine Magazine and a multiple James Beard Foundation award nominee, Kilgore will join Evelyn’s team to present a four-course menu. This collaboration features both individual plates and shared dishes, complemented by wine pairings from Jordan wines.

On July 14, 2024, Evelyn’s will host hypercreative pastry chef Antonio Bachour, recognized as Best Pastry Chef in the World in 2018 and 2022. Bachour, known for his intricate pastry designs, will bring a memorable brunch experience that celebrates the vibrant flavors of South Florida and the Caribbean, intersecting with Evelyn’s Eastern Mediterranean roots. The prix-fixe brunch menu will include brunch cocktails and bubbles by Ferrari Trento 1902.

The series concludes on August 27, 2024, for National Wellness Month, with Chef Brandon teaming up with Farmer Lee Jones and Chef Jamie Simpson of The Chef’s Garden. They will explore the concept of “food as medicine” with a menu that highlights visual and sensory storytelling. Lead Mixologist Matthew Dress will offer a unique beverage pairing of zero-proof cocktails and mocktails, reflecting his expertise from his hometown near Lake Erie, Ohio.

Guests can book each event individually or as a package for the Summer Chef Collaboration Experiences. Each menu will spotlight diverse, innovative cuisine, locally sourced ingredients, and expertly prepared dishes, promising an epic culinary journey.
