Step into a bygone era of Cairo in the 18th century at Zitouni, where the décor celebrates the Fatimid period. The walls, graced with elegant calligraphy, are complemented by vast windows that frame the Nile and the Cairo skyline, bathed in the hues of twilight. Zitouni offers a dining experience steeped in Egyptian tradition, providing a unique ambiance that stands unparalleled.

“Ramadan presents an ideal opportunity to savour classic Egyptian and Arabic cuisine that mirrors centuries of tradition, and we look to enhance the culinary experience by applying a contemporary twist to our dishes,” explains Executive Sous Chef Emad Ebeid.

This year, Chef Ebeid presents an Iftar buffet that captures the essence of Ramadan, featuring live cooking stations. Guests can savor the taste of slow-cooked veal leg, succulent stuffed pigeons, aromatic tajines, an extensive array of Egyptian and Middle Eastern mezze, and an assortment of delectable desserts, including the specialty Maamoul and Kunafa Nabulsia, crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Ahmad Yehia.

Experience Lebanese Hospitality at Byblos Restaurant During Ramadan

Byblos offers a welcoming atmosphere this Ramadan, with its indoor and outdoor setting by the poolside. The restaurant invites guests to enjoy Iftar and Sohour with traditional Lebanese cuisine prepared by Chef Wissam Kayrouz. The buffet features a rich selection of grilled meats, Fattah varieties, both cold and hot mezze, and homemade tagines, all accompanied by the melodies of a live oud and band playing classical tunes, recreating the enchantment of Ramadan from years gone by.
