With a strong background in revenue optimization and a proven track record in the luxury hospitality industry, Prabin is set to bring his expertise to the iconic luxury hotel in the heart of Mumbai.
In his role as Director of Revenue, Prabin will guide the hotel’s commercial team in determining strategic vision by establishing goals and implementing tactical efforts with the goal of promoting revenue growth generation for total hotel revenue, among key customer segments to enhance profitability, ensure an exceptional guest experience and support Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai’s brand positioning and image.
Prabin brings a wealth of experience to the Four Seasons family, having previously held key positions in renowned luxury hotels and resorts around India like Hilton Chennai and Westin Hyderabad among many more. His strategic insights and innovative approach to revenue management have consistently led to increased revenue and a strong competitive advantage for his previous employers.
Prabin was awarded Covid Warrior Award for year 2021 from International Hospitality Council – London for outstanding achievement and contribution in the field of Hospitality; and is known for his exceptional analytical skills and deep understanding of market trends. He is also committed to fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment, which aligns with Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai’s core values of teamwork and excellence.
