The Spritz Garden opens its doors daily from 3:00 pm, offering an exclusive sanctuary throughout the summer season. Among the featured cocktails is the signature Aperol Spritz, crafted with Aperol, prosecco, Fever-Tree Premium Club Soda, and a touch of dehydrated blood orange. For a Mediterranean twist, the Mediterranean Spritz blends St-Germain, Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water, lavender, and dehydrated lemon.

For a refreshing zing, the Yuzu Spritz combines Roku Gin, Fever-Tree Sparkling Lime & Yuzu, and juniper berries, garnished with dehydrated lime. The Paloma Spritz features Espolon Tequila, Fever-Tree Sparkling Grapefruit, fresh lime and cucumber, with a dehydrated grapefruit finish.

Guests can unleash their creativity by crafting a personalized Spritz. Begin by choosing from a selection of spirits, including Aperol, Tito’s Vodka, Roku Gin, or Espolon Tequila, paired with a Fever-Tree Mixer such as Premium Club Soda, Mediterranean Tonic Water, Sparkling Lime & Yuzu, or Sparkling Grapefruit.
