Frontier Airlines promotes executives to drive company growth

Frontier Airlines, Inc., a branch of Frontier Group Holdings, Inc.(NASDAQ: ULCC), has announced several advancements within its executive leadership team. Effective February 1, 2024, Howard Diamond assumes the role of Executive Vice President, Legal and Corporate Affairs; Steve Schuller transitions to Senior Vice President, Human Resources; and Jeffrey Moore ascends to the position of Vice President, Technical Operations.

Reporting directly to Frontier CEO Barry Biffle, Diamond and Schuller’s promotions took effect on February 1, 2024, while Moore’s promotion is scheduled to commence on March 15, 2024. Additionally, Diamond and Schuller report to Frontier CEO Barry Biffle, while Moore reports to Senior Vice President of Operations Trevor Stedke.

Howard Diamond has held the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary since 2014. His career includes stints as Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Thales USA, Inc., as well as Chief Counsel at BAE Systems Land and Armaments, formerly known as United Defense, LP. Diamond commenced his legal career as an officer in the U.S. Army JAG Corps and later served as a litigation associate at the law firm Sherman & Howard. He holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Steve Schuller joined Frontier in September 2018 as Vice President, Human Resources, leveraging over 30 years of HR experience. His diverse professional background includes leadership roles in various companies, ranging from entrepreneurial ventures to multinational corporations such as Wyndham Worldwide and JC Penney. Prior to joining Frontier, Schuller served as Vice President of Talent and Chief Learning Officer for Catapult Health, a national healthcare company specializing in worksite preventive health.He holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.

Jeffrey Moore brings nearly 25 years of aviation maintenance expertise to his new role. Joining Frontier in 2012 as Director, Technical Services, Moore spearheaded the revitalization of the Engineering, Programs, Planning, and Reliability divisions. He was elevated to Sr. Director, Technical Operations in early 2020, assuming expanded responsibilities encompassing all line and field maintenance operations. Moore’s career began as an aircraft mechanic, progressing to positions such as Director of Technical Services and Director of Quality Control at Pinnacle Airlines.
