Goa Tourism receives ‘Best State for Tourism’ award

Goa Tourism has been conferred with the “Best State for Tourism” award at the Economic Times Travel and Tourism Conclave and Awards 2023 held in Delhi on 16th March.

Hon’ble Minister for Tourism, IT & EC and Printing & Stationery Goa, Shri Rohan Khaunte accepted the distinguished award on behalf of the department. While receiving the award, he expressed his gratitude and thanked everyone who helped make it happen.

With this award, Goa Tourism has demonstrated once again that it is a leader in the Indian tourism business, devoted to providing guests with an exceptional experience.

The Economic Times Travel and Tourism Conclave & Awards is an annual event that honours India’s tourism industry’s achievements. Individuals, companies, and states are recognised for their substantial contributions to the growth and development of the country’s tourism sector.

Along with the Hon’ble Minister for Tourism, Director of Tourism, Shri Pravimal Abhishek, IAS; Shri Kuldeep Arolkar, Deputy Director, Goa Tourism; Shri Pramod Badami, C. E for SPV GTDC were present at the event.
