Gordon Ramsay’s Authentic Gastropub Debuts at The Londoner Macao

Internationally acclaimed chef Gordon Ramsay debuts in Macao with his inaugural restaurant at The Londoner® Macao. The only establishment of its sort in Asia, Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill is a genuine and friendly British gastropub and steakhouse.

Tom Connolly, Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage Operations, Sands China Ltd. expressed his privilege in collaborating with Gordon Ramsay and introducing one of his successful restaurant brands to diners at The Londoner Macao. He say, “With the addition of Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, our international dining experience is elevated to the next level and our professional team will deliver the most authentic British pub experience for diners in Macao.”


The interior design, inspired by the architecture of the 1830s Industrial Revolution, intricately captures the cozy ambiance of a British pub. A central focal point is the spacious bar area offering a diverse range of beers, meticulously crafted cocktails, and a premium selection of wines. A range of seating options, each designed in a color scheme inspired by the British flag, complete the picture. Particular elements, such as wood-paneled walls, luxurious leather seats, reclaimed lumber, plaster work, and glass detailing, enrich the overall aesthetic appeal and are paired with modern London artwork and accessories.


Delicious British Classics on the Menu
A comprehensive menu is available at the posh Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, which features well-known Ramsay specialties like Beef Wellington with a mushroom and truffle duxelle served with creamed potato and a red wine jus, Fish & Chips made with line-caught ale-battered cod, triple-cooked chips, and a homemade tartar sauce, and Sticky Toffee Pudding with crème fraiche and vanilla ice cream.


The selection of hand-selected steaks that are cooked on the charcoal heated grill and served with café de Paris butter, herb salad, fried onion ring, overnight tomatoes, and a choice of four sauces is another feature. Other menu highlights include Slow Roasted Pork Belly with a cider vinegar glaze, a zingy Dijon mustard mash and tender green lentils and The London Burger with a juicy beef patty, tomato apple ketchup, sweet onion relish and cheddar cheese paired with triple cooked chips. There is also a traditional British Sunday Roast with roast beef seasoned with porcini, Yorkshire pudding, and potatoes baked in duck fat.
