Graham Ross will lead FCM Travel Solutions in UK

Graham Ross has been promoted to the position of UK general manager by the FCM Travel Solutions as the head of UK sales.

He will be joining the role of Jo Greenfield as he has been appointed as parent company Flight Centre Travel Group’s corporate land leader for Europe.

They will be joining their new roles on April 24^th .

In 2012 Ross has joined FCM as UK sales director and holds more than 12 years of corporate travel experience. He became a member of the FCM’s senior management team after getting promoted to head of the UK sales.

Here  was assigned with the role of leading the travel management company’s team of UK based business development managers.

The team has secured significant national new business under his stewardship and could successfully drive major multi-national client wins out of the UK.

In 1999, Greenfield had joined Flight Centre Travel Group as a leisure consultant  and  had diverse roles in her 20-year career.

Steve Norris, managing director Flight Centre Corporate was  delighted to announce that Graham Ross will be assuming the role of FCM UK’s general manager from Jo Greenfield.

She said that over the last six years  he was instrumental in driving the FCM’s growth and awareness of the brand over the last six years.

He will ensure that FCM continues to adapt and evolve as a travel management company. It keeps growing and innovating without losing sight of the customer focus considering  the face of ongoing major changes in the business travel industry.
