Hahnair Forms Strategic Partnership with Greater Bay Airlines

Hahnair has recently entered into an interline agreement with Greater Bay Airlines, a carrier based in Hong Kong. This partnership brings Greater Bay Airlines into Hahnair’s expansive network, which includes over 350 airlines. The Hong Kong-based airline is now accessible for ticketing with the HB code on the HR-169 ticket, which is protected against insolvency. This ticket is available through several Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), including Amadeus, Infini, Sabre, and Travelsky. Travel agents can book and issue tickets for HB using their GDS’s standard reservation and ticketing process.

Founded in 2020 and commencing operations in July 2022, Greater Bay Airlines is a newcomer to the aviation industry, based in Hong Kong (HKG). The airline is committed to delivering superior value and service throughout Asia. Currently, its network includes seven notable destinations: Bangkok (BKK), Ho Chi Minh City (SGN), Manila (MNL), Osaka (KIX), Seoul (ICN), Taipei (TPE), and Tokyo (NRT), with plans to extend its reach to other sought-after locations in Asia, including China. Greater Bay Airlines operates a fleet of seven B737-800 planes, reflecting its dedication to high operational standards, with an anticipated expansion to ten aircraft by the end of 2024.
