Helmut Roessler, hailing from the adjacent country of Austria, contributes his worldwide expertise and passion for unforgettable dining experiences to the Four Seasons Hotel Prague.

Before his relocation to Prague, he served as the esteemed director of food and beverage at renowned venues in Ibiza and Bali for the previous eight years. Possessing extensive experience in the field and relentless zeal, Roessler unveils the formula for an ideal St. Valentine’s Day celebration.

Experience an evening to remember with Valentine’s dinner at CottoCrudo. Guests will be treated to a five-course tasting menu amidst a luminous arrangement of candles, setting the perfect romantic mood. The team at this Italian eatery has designed this year’s menu featuring aphrodisiac ingredients, promising culinary delights such as Smoked Scallops adorned with Pomegranate and Pine Powder, Sea Urchin paired with Ossetra Caviar and Potato Foam, or the handcrafted Chestnut Ravioli complemented by Celeriac and Black Truffle.

Following the success of last year’s Afternoon Tea influenced by Dior, Helmut Roessler introduces a distinctive Afternoon Tea experience. This cherished event makes a comeback in the warm ambiance of The Gallery in the hotel’s lobby. Perfect for couples, friends, or family members wishing to indulge in an extraordinary outing together this Valentine’s weekend. Pastry Chef Gianmarco Carandino and his team have assembled a novel selection of sweets, savory sandwiches, and classic scones. For those staying at the hotel, Afternoon Tea can be enjoyed in the comfort of their rooms, offering a magnificent view of Prague Castle and the Vltava River.
