Hong Kong New Year’s Countdown Started

The Victoria Harbour has always been the belle of the ball for the remarkable countdown of Hong Kong on the Eve of New Year. In 2023-2024, get prepared to get amazed by a 12-minute fireworks musical show based on the theme – ‘New Year New Legend’. It would be presenting fireworks of extraordinary sizes and duration in comparison to earlier countdowns.

This impressive display will represent the altering seasons and nature’s beauty through colorful fireworks, along with lighting impacts and pyrotechnics set off from the rooftops of Hong Kong’s famous buildings.

All along Victoria Harbour, different vantage points will be available, all having audio systems to broadcast Firework Musical soundtracks for everyone. Together with their family and friends, anyone can take pleasure in the superb fireworks and charming tunes particularly composed for the show by famous composer Chiu Tsang-hei.
