Hyatt Rosemont undergoes a stunning multimillion-dollar transformation into a chic Hyatt Centric hotel, offering upscale amenities near O’Hare and Rivers Casino.

An extensive multimillion-dollar renovation is in progress to transform the Hyatt Rosemont Chicago/O’Hare into a dynamic, full-service Hyatt Centric lifestyle hotel. This project aims to elevate the property, blending modern amenities with the unique design elements characteristic of Hyatt Centric hotels, providing guests with a refreshed, upscale experience.Situated at 6350 N. River Road, the future Hyatt Centric Rosemont boasts a prime location, across from Rivers Casino and within two miles of the Rosemont Theatre and O’Hare International Airport.

This extensive overhaul includes a complete renovation of the property, featuring 206 fully redesigned guest rooms, a modernized 12,000-square-foot meeting area, an upgraded fitness center, and a spacious ballroom accommodating up to 500 guests.

Furthermore, the former American eatery with a seasonal terrace will be reimagined as Cima, an upscale, beverage-centric restaurant with outdoor seating. Maverick Hotels & Restaurants will remain at the helm of operations as the management firm.

Hyatt Centric is a distinctive full-service lifestyle brand, blending the attentive service and custom design of boutique hotels with the expansive amenities of larger chains in top locations. Hyatt Centric currently operates 64 properties across 59 cities, typically offering around 200 rooms per hotel to attract upscale, cosmopolitan travelers. The adaptable concept allows flexibility for varied development sites in desirable areas.
