The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), the foremost hospitality enterprise in India, proudly unveils the inauguration of Bombay Brasserie, an esteemed culinary haven celebrated for its genuine and diverse Bombay and Indian fare. Situated in the vibrant core of Singapore at the South Beach, this debut signifies Bombay Brasserie’s inaugural venture into the region.

Mr. Taljinder Singh, Senior Vice President, IHCL, said, “With a century old culinary history, we are recognised for leading and pioneering innovative dining concepts. Ever since 1982, when it first opened its doors in fashionable Kensington, London, Bombay Brasserie reimagined Indian fine dining. The brand has since expanded in other corners of the globe at Cape Town and Dubai and now Singapore, one of the most important food cities in Asia. It will soon expand its footprint to San Francisco and Frankfurt.”

He added, “Bombay Brasserie, Singapore seamlessly blends the rich flavours of Indian and Continental cuisines within the elegant ambience of a Parisian brasserie.”

Nestled in the bustling heart of Singapore, Bombay Brasserie embodies a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity, delivering culinary excellence to its discerning patrons. Drawing inspiration from Parsi cafes, seafood eateries, renowned chaat stalls, and the delicate nuances of Continental cuisine, the restaurant offers a gastronomic journey curated by Chef Nilesh Ambedkar.

From the tantalizing Chatka Crab Legs to the rich Butter Chicken, each signature dish is a masterpiece crafted with authentic ingredients and time-honored techniques. Noteworthy among the offerings is the meticulously curated Chaat selection, presenting popular Indian street delicacies reimagined for a refined dining affair. The Tandoor menu, cooked using age-old methods, promises a symphony of flavors.

Setting itself apart as a haven for culinary aficionados, Bombay Brasserie’s fusion of heritage and innovation promises an unparalleled dining experience. The beverage selection, inspired by the colonial era of Bombay, features Brasserie-style cocktails such as The Bombay Blazer and Queen’s Necklace, each narrating tales of vibrant neighborhoods.

The restaurant’s design seamlessly blends the aesthetics of Bombay’s Parsi and Anglo-Indian cultures with the classic allure of a French brasserie. The ambiance, carefully curated to exude warmth and sophistication, beckons guests for casual lunches, romantic dinners, or joyous celebrations with loved ones.
