IHG Hotels & Resorts, a prominent global hospitality company, has recently inked a management agreement in collaboration with Rusd Group to introduce voco & Suites Jeddah. Currently in advanced stages of construction, this newly built hotel is slated to welcome guests in September 2024. This signing in Saudi Arabia underscores IHG’s dedication to fortifying its presence throughout the Kingdom.
As an exclusive lifestyle brand, voco provides guests with a premium experience, blending the informality and charm of an individual hotel with the quality and assurance of a globally respected brand. Embraced by both guests and property owners, voco has achieved remarkable success in the MENA region, with numerous signings and openings in recent years across markets such as Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Lebanon, and Egypt.
Positioned in a prime location, voco & Suites Jeddah will boast a scenic view of the Red Sea and proximity to the new Jeddah Downtown, known as Jeddah Central Development—a significant project by the Public Investment Fund (PIF).
