IHG Hotels & Resorts named one of India’s Best Places to Work

IHG Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s leading hotel companies, has been named one of the best places to work in India, by Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture assessment. With over 1700 companies participating in this year’s survey, IHG Hotels & Resorts secureda spot among the Top 50 best places to work in India and was recognized amongst the ‘best in hospitality’ in the prestigious Great Places to Work 2023list.

This recognition reaffirms IHG’s commitment tofoster a thriving workspace that prioritizes growth, well being and a collaborative environment.

‘Great Place to Work’ annual ranking is renowned as the most comprehensive study of organizational culture worldwide. This influential assessment aims to identify the best places to work through asurvey and audit. Developed by Great Place to Work, the rankings are calculated based on a detailed assessment of workplace excellence, together with an anonymous online survey completed by each company’s team members.

IHG® currently has 45 hotels operating across five brands in SWA, including Six Senses, InterContinental Hotels and Resorts®, Crowne Plaza®, Holiday Inn®, Holiday Inn Resort® and Holiday Inn Express®, and has a strong pipeline of 39 hotels due to open in the next 2-3 years.
