Manglam Group invests Rs 1,000 crore to build luxury hotels and resorts, transforming Rajasthan’s tourism with premium hospitality and global partnerships.

Transforming Rajasthan’s Tourism Landscape with High-End Hotels and Resorts

Jaipur-based Manglam Group, one of Rajasthan’s most prominent real estate developers, is making a bold entry into India’s Rs. 82,000 crore hospitality industry with an ambitious Rs. 1,000 crore investment plan over the next five years. Leveraging its extensive real estate expertise, the group is set to develop premium hospitality assets, aiming to redefine luxury and experiential tourism in the region.

Strategic Focus on Greenfield Projects and Global Partnerships

With a track record of over 70 successful real estate projects, Manglam Group is bypassing acquisitions and focusing on greenfield hospitality developments. Its strategy is tailored to tap into booming tourism segments, including destination weddings, luxury leisure travel, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).

The group’s hospitality journey is off to a strong start with its flagship property, Westin Jaipur Resort, a 150-room luxury hotel on the Delhi-Jaipur Highway, set to open soon. Expanding on this success, construction has already begun on a second luxury hotel in Jagatpura, Jaipur. This 200-room property will be developed as part of a mixed-use complex, marking Manglam Group’s first international hospitality collaboration.

Rajasthan’s Booming Wedding and MICE Industry

Rajasthan has long been India’s top wedding destination, attracting domestic and international couples seeking regal heritage and luxury settings. The Indian wedding industry is valued at $130 billion and is growing at 13–15% annually. With luxury resorts tailored for grand celebrations, Manglam Group aims to cater to this flourishing market by offering exclusive wedding venues that blend tradition with opulence.

Beyond weddings, India’s MICE industry, valued at $4.5 billion, is another high-growth segment in Manglam’s hospitality vision. With increasing demand for business retreats, corporate events, and large-scale conferences, the company is integrating high-end accommodations with premium conference facilities to attract corporate travelers.
