IPW 2021: U.S. Travel Announces Special Registration Deals for Buyers

The U.S. Travel Association today announced that it is extending special registration rates for both domestic and international travel buyers for next year’s IPW, its annual international trade show, to be held September 18-22, 2021 in Las Vegas.

International leisure travel buyers and international meeting/incentive buyers can take advantage of the early registration rate of $250 if registered by June 30, 2021.

After the early registration deadline ends, the registration fee for international buyers will be $400.

Domestic buyers who are U.S. Travel members can register before June 30 for the discounted price of $400, and then $650 after the early registration deadline. Non-members are offered an early registration rate of $500, which increases to $750 after the June 30 early registration deadline.

“It’s so important to bring the world together again at next year’s IPW in Las Vegas,” said IPW General Manager Malcolm Smith. “We hope these discounted registration rates encourage buyers to register as early as possible, as the global travel industry eagerly awaits IPW 2021.”

“As a destination built on hospitality, we are eagerly anticipating the opportunity to host both domestic and international buyers attending IPW next September,” said Steve Hill, CEO/President of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. “Affording these travel trade decision makers the opportunity to meet face-to-face in Las Vegas offers incredible value to both the industry and to the destination.”

U.S. Travel plans to open registration for IPW exhibitors in mid-November, and IPW buyer and media registration will open in early 2021.

As always, registration for all international buyers, as well as other international delegates, requires preapproval by the International Advisory Committee Chair in the respective country/region. Space per market is limited.

IPW 2021 will be held on September 18-22, 2021 in the newly constructed West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Planning for IPW show floor and media marketplace activities, as well as related official events, is underway by the IPW Host Committee.
