ITA Airways introduces 12 weekly Rome-London flights for summer

ITA Airways is expanding its services to the UK in response to strong demand from travelers in both leisure and business sectors. One notable addition is the introduction of a new nonstop flight route connecting Rome Fiumicino (FCO) and London City Airport (LCY) using the latest Airbus A220-100 aircraft. This new route will commence operations on April 1st, 2024, with a schedule offering 12 weekly flights.

Furthermore, ITA Airways is pleased to announce the launch of an additional frequency, the fifth one, connecting Milan Linate and London City. This service will be available during the summer season, starting from April 10th, 2024, and will bring the total weekly flights between Milan and London City to an impressive 31. Similar to the Rome-London route, this added service will also be served by the modern Airbus A220-100 aircraft.

The UK market holds a pivotal position for ITA Airways, with daily connections between London and its main hubs in Rome Fiumicino and Milan Linate set to enhance the airline’s presence in the British market during the upcoming summer season.
