ITB Berlin 2024 ticket sale: Early-Bird rates until Jan 14

The ITB Berlin ticket shop is now open, offering special discounts for trade visitors. You can get unlimited passes for trade visitors at the early-bird rate of 60 euros instead of the regular 75 euros. Day tickets for trade visitors are also available at a discounted early-bird price of 42 euros, down from 49 euros. Students can purchase reduced-rate day tickets for 33.50 euros or unlimited student passes for 44 euros. Please note that starting from January 15th, tickets in the online shop will be sold at regular prices, and all tickets are exclusively available online.

For those who are only interested in virtual events at ITB Berlin 2024, there are fully digital tickets available for 35 euros. Visitors with disabilities who require a helper can obtain a free ticket for that person by presenting a valid disability card at one of the information counters. Exhibitor passes can be purchased for 60 euros at the BECO webshop.

ITBxplore, the digital companion platform to ITB Berlin’s live events, offers numerous benefits. Exhibitors can create profiles on ITBxplore to gain attention before the official opening of the World’s Leading Travel Trade Show. Visitors can use ITBxplore as a search engine, appointment calendar, and access the exhibitor list, networking features, interactive hall map, and daily program details, including Convention events. The platform also allows users to follow live streams of select events and schedule meetings during the show, fostering networking between exhibitors and visitors.

ITB Berlin provides flexible meeting room options for exhibitors and co-exhibitors. The Meeting Cubes, bookable per hour, are innovative spaces for confidential discussions in small groups, with reservations opening in mid-December. Exhibitors interested in booking can contact the ITB Berlin team at [email protected]. Additionally, ITB Business Satellites offer meeting tables for up to four people, with an hourly rate of EUR 75 and the option to order drinks for an extra 14 euros. The table booking platform will go online in mid-December.

Various well-equipped rooms are also available on the exhibition grounds and neighboring halls for larger event formats such as press conferences, presentations, or workshops.

The Hybrid Stage in Hall 5.3, a major attraction point since its successful debut in 2023, will accommodate up to 100 participants in 2024. All Hybrid Stage events will be live-streamed via ITBxplore.

Media accreditation is available online now, and a new accreditation tool streamlines the application process. Please follow the accreditation guidelines. Once your application is processed and approved, you will receive an email with a PDF containing your accreditation, press badge, and a personal QR code for admission. This QR code should be presented at the event entrance, and please note that your ticket is non-transferable.

During the show, media representatives can apply for accreditation online for the entire duration of ITB Berlin 2024. Please be aware that no accreditation will be provided for media representatives at the on-site press counters during the event. It is essential to apply for accreditation online in advance.
