Anticipated to be a memorable three-day affair, the event offers an exceptional line-up of conferences and networking opportunities, carefully curated to cater to the diverse needs and interests of its delegates.

The key players in the industry are eagerly looking forward to the event. Calstas Jof, the Director General of ICOM, Switzerland, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “I am ready for the business appointments, casual get-togethers, networking sessions, and insightful presentations. Additionally, I aim to explore partners who can build fruitful relationships with our organization and share the same visions as ours after the pandemic.”

The event’s highlights include an immersive discussion on “Connecting Minds, Supporting Communities” in the opening keynote, presented by Khun Bhummikitti Ruktaengam, President of the Sustainable Tourism Development Foundation and Adviser of Phuket Tourist Association. This keynote aims to highlight the positive impact that tourism/MICE partnerships can have on local communities.

Delegates can also look forward to a fireside chat with officials from the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) and the Thailand Incentive & Convention Association (TICA), shedding light on how business events can support the development of cities and the livelihood of the locals.

The Asian MICE Cruise Conference will delve into the post-pandemic cruise comeback and explore innovative ways to conduct meetings.

Thought leaders and industry experts will connect at the Association Day Forum hosted by the International Congress & Convention Association (ICCA), charting a course towards a future of growth and association success.

The ASEAN MICE Forum, proudly hosted by the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) and Kasetsart University, aims to engage industry experts and professionals in insightful dialogues on various subjects, including “What Corporations Want versus What Qualifiers Want from Incentive Travel Experiences” and “Embracing Sustainability and Empowering Community.”

The event’s official commencement will be marked by the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception, co-hosted by the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), providing attendees with yet another opportunity to connect with fellow delegates.
