Jet2.com has earned the distinction of being the only UK airline to receive the esteemed endorsement of being a Which? Recommended Provider once more.
As the premier leisure airline, Jet2.com has once again come out on top in Which?’s yearly evaluation of short-haul carriers, thanks to the top-tier customer satisfaction scores it received from passengers.
The assessment by Which? draws from the feedback of passengers who flew within the last year, soliciting their opinions on various aspects of their flying experience. These aspects include the quality of customer service, cost-effectiveness, timeliness, boarding procedures, comfort of seating, quality of food and beverages, cleanliness of the cabin, and frequency of last-minute flight cancellations, with the analysis encompassing 10,775 flight experiences in total.
Praised for its stellar customer service, Jet2.com was awarded the highest rating of five stars. Numerous passengers commended the airline for its dedication to outstanding customer service and the pleasant demeanor of its staff. A particular passenger mentioned, “Jet2 staff, whether over the phone or in person, have consistently been outstanding in every way. They are the standard by which I measure all other companies.”
In terms of value, cleanliness of the aircraft, overall cabin atmosphere, and boarding process, Jet2.com was awarded four stars. Moreover, the airline boasts one of the lowest rates of last-minute cancellations among all carriers surveyed.
This recognition further cements Jet2.com’s and Jet2holidays’ reputation for excellence, as indicated by their consistent acknowledgments by the consumer advocacy group. With this announcement, both companies have been recognized as a Which? Recommended Provider across all eligible categories—seven in total. These categories include:
