Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River has introduced its seasonal celebration, “101 Days of Summer,” offering guests the essence of a European summer within the heart of Bangkok. This initiative has been designed to immerse visitors in the leisurely atmosphere of summer afternoons, providing a curated combination of riverside indulgence, culinary creativity and European-inspired aesthetics. The programme was launched to highlight seasonal flavours, local sophistication and the timeless charm of dining alongside the Chao Phraya River. The hotel’s approach has been described as delivering a unique summer escape without leaving the city, with an emphasis on relaxed enjoyment and refined service.

Mediterranean-Inspired Ice Cream Bar at Cafe Madeleine

At the centre of the seasonal offering, Cafe Madeleine has unveiled a new Ice Cream Bar, designed as a riverside pop-up reflecting the charm of European Mediterranean holidays. The concept, presented along the hotel’s promenade, has been noted for capturing the leisurely spirit of summer afternoons where desserts are enjoyed outdoors and moments by the water feel spontaneous. The Ice Cream Bar has been created to offer soft serve in vibrant seasonal flavours paired with riverside views, reflecting a nostalgic approach to European summer indulgence. Visitors were said to be encouraged to experience desserts as part of a daily ritual, extending the sense of ease and unhurried enjoyment.

Executive Pastry Chef Andrea Bonaffini was reported to have overseen the menu, ensuring a balance of indulgence and freshness. Signature offerings include Mango Passion, with tropical soft serve, passion fruit sauce and dark chocolate pearls; Pistachio Raspberry, combining raspberry sauce, white chocolate pearls, pistachio macaron and fresh berries; Banana Caramel, which features vanilla soft serve with sea salt caramel and banana compote; Duo Vanilla, a light, refreshing swirl celebrating simplicity and Affogato, where espresso is poured over creamy soft serve. The Ice Cream Bar has been made available daily from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, running from May 29 to September 6, 2026.

Riverside Rhapsody: Live Music by the Water

Complementing the European-inspired ice cream experience, the hotel has been reported to host the fourth edition of Riverside Rhapsody on June 5, 2026. This one-night-only performance has been set within the Arrival Courtyard overlooking the Chao Phraya River. The event has been structured to feature Thai musicians from the College of Music at Mahidol University, offering an intimate live music experience intended to capture the effortless spirit of summer. Attendance has been limited to 80 guests, ensuring a curated atmosphere that blends musical performance with the serene riverside environment.

Guests attending Riverside Rhapsody have reportedly been welcomed with cocktails and canapés, with the option to extend the evening using a fully redeemable dining credit at participating hotel restaurants. The performance has been scheduled from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, with tickets priced at THB 1,500 net per person, inclusive of refreshments. This arrangement has been designed to offer an integrated culinary and cultural experience, combining the sensory pleasure of music with high-quality seasonal dining.
