JSX hopes to take delivery of its first hybrid-electric aircraft in 2028

JSX, the only 5-star premium regional air carrier of the world, today declared its determination to obtain up to 332 hybrid-electric aircraft from manufacturers like Aura Aero, Electra, and Heart Aerospace, promising to develop an ecologically sustainable future for small community air service.

JSX has recently signed Letters of Intent to obtain up to 82 of the 9-seat Electra eSTOL aircraft with 32 firm orders and 50 options, up to 150 of the 19-seat Aura Aero Era with 50 firm orders and 100 options, and up to 100 of the 30-seat Heart Aerospace ES-30 with 50 firm orders and 50 options, on behalf of its promise to the regeneration of low-impact regional transportation in North America.

After the declaration of the Biden administration last week in terms of the aviation industry to decrease carbon emissions and generate more good paying U.S. jobs, JSX in 2028 hopes to take delivery of its first hybrid-electric aircraft driving the next chapter of local aviation as the first in its group to accept this impactful pioneering renewable energy technology.

In the United States, as commercial airlines can serve just 480 airports, the small community-friendly Part 135 and Part 380 Public Charter operations of JSX, coupled with the excellent performance competencies of these hybrid-electric airplanes, allows service opportunities to thousands of federally funded airports.
