Peruvian chef Arturo Salazar presents a thoughtfully curated selection of four distinct Nikkei Bento Boxes—two vegetarian and two non-vegetarian—each crafted to delight your senses and offer a taste of culinary excellence.

Indulge in our Nikkei Bento Boxes featuring a delectable array of Nikkei-style non-vegetarian and vegetarian dishes. Savor the fusion-style Salmon Pineapple Teriyaki, paired with the aromatic Japanese-style Yakimeshi fried rice. Experience the Tuna Acevichado Roll, a crispy prawn and avocado roll topped with succulent tuna slices and vibrant acevichado sauce, alongside our flavorful Chicken Gyozas, traditional Japanese dumplings filled with tender chicken. For a sweet finish, enjoy the Tres Leches, a moist sponge cake served with strawberry yogurt, and the delightful Tamagoyaki, a sweet and savory rolled omelet.
