Adding to its global footprint, LXR Hotels & Resorts welcomes Ka La’i Waikīkī Beach to its distinguished collection, which spans coveted destinations worldwide, from Kyoto, Japan to Seychelles, Africa, embodying the spirit of luxury and adventure through bespoke offerings and curated experiences. Irongate owns Ka La’i Waikīkī Beach, while LXR Hotels & Resorts manages its operations.

Perched above Fort DeRussy Park, boasting sweeping vistas of the Pacific Ocean and Diamond Head, Ka La’i Waikīkī Beach sits mere steps away from the renowned Waikīkī Beach, surrounded by an array of top-tier dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The hotel, spanning 38 stories, showcases elegant residential-style guest rooms and suites, a cutting-edge wellness facility, a round-the-clock fitness center, an infinity pool with a spacious sun deck, five versatile indoor and outdoor event spaces, two signature restaurants offering contemporary cuisine, as well as in-room dining and in-suite chef services. Looking ahead, the property plans to undergo an interior architecture and design renovation led by the esteemed Bryan O’Sullivan Studio (BOS Studio) next year.

Designed by the renowned Bryan O’Sullivan Studio, Ka La’i Waikīkī Beach is gearing up for an extensive interior architecture and design overhaul in anticipation of the award-winning building’s upcoming 15th anniversary.

Commencing in early 2025 and set to unfold in stages over several months, the renovation project will encompass enhancements to guest rooms and suites, as well as public spaces, including lobbies, pool areas, spa facilities, fitness centers, landscaping, and interiors. Furthermore, the property’s signature restaurants are slated for a reimagining, while the ground-floor destination restaurant will soon feature an internationally acclaimed restaurateur and chef.

Crafted by the esteemed Bryan O’Sullivan Studio, Ka La’i Waikīkī Beach is poised for an extensive interior architecture and design revamp ahead of its illustrious 15th anniversary.

Beginning in early 2025 and unfolding in phased stages over several months, the renovation initiative will encompass upgrades across guest rooms, suites, and various public areas, including lobbies, pool zones, spa amenities, fitness centers, landscaping, and interiors. Moreover, the property’s iconic dining venues are primed for a fresh perspective, with plans to introduce an internationally renowned restaurateur and chef to the ground-floor destination restaurant.
