Kempinski Hotel Grand arena bansko triumphs as ‘Bulgaria’s best Ski Hotel

Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko has once again secured the title of “Bulgaria’s Best Ski Hotel” at the prestigious World Ski Awards 2023. This recognition was determined through online voting by both ski industry professionals and ski tourism consumers worldwide, conducted on the official World Ski Awards website. The voting period spanned 16 weeks, starting from June 26 and concluding on October 13.

The competition covered various categories within the global ski industry, including Best Ski Resort, Best Ski Chalet, Best Ski Hotel, Best Ski Tour Operator, and Best Ski Travel Agent. The announcement of all the winners for the World Ski Awards 2023 took place on November 13 and can be found at https://worldskiawards.com/winners/2023. These awards highlight excellence on a country level, recognizing the premier resorts and hospitality providers in the world’s leading ski tourism destinations.

The World Ski Awards, an affiliate of the World Travel Awards that is currently commemorating its 30th anniversary, was introduced in 2013. The primary goal of the awards is to elevate standards in the ski tourism industry.

Ideally situated opposite the Gondola lift station, it provides direct access to 75 kilometers of top-notch ski runs. In addition to its recent World Ski Awards win, the luxury hotel achieved “Bulgaria’s Leading Lifestyle Hotel 2023” by World Travel Awards in September. Just a month ago, the hotel secured two more prestigious accolades: “Bulgaria’s Best Hotel Spa 2023” by World Spa Awards and “Bulgaria’s Best Hotel Restaurant 2023” by World Culinary Awards.
