Mangeot said that tourism has a lot of effect on the finance of the state. He said that it wasn’t for tourism that their families would be giving a few hundred bucks additional during tax time. Mangeot also said that he is happy for next year as there are few new schemes to be launched. Mangeot also said that what Kentucky has compared to other states and that would be the genuineness that the state offers along with the countless things to do.

Michael Nunn, the president of the SKYHA and general manager of the Hampton Inn. Nunn said that he has witnessed hotel recruitment matters go from awful to acceptable after the pandemic, but every person still requires some sort of assistance. Nunn provided statistics saying that 83% of hotels in the country are short of appropriate staff and he is unsure if that would be resolved any time soon.
