Kimpton Debuts First All-Inclusive Resort in Mexico with Playa Hotels

Playa Hotels & Resorts N.V. (NASDAQ: PLYA), a prominent owner and operator of all-inclusive resorts across Mexico and the Caribbean, has opened reservations for its newest property, Kimpton Tres Rios, scheduled for stays beginning in early 2025. This all-inclusive resort marks a milestone for Kimpton, a renowned luxury boutique brand under IHG Hotels & Resorts, as it enters the all-inclusive sector for the first time.

Nestled along the pristine white sand beaches of Mexico’s Riviera Maya, Kimpton Tres Rios offers an elevated blend of luxury, nature, and world-class amenities. Surrounded by lush mangroves and the beauty of three winding freshwater rivers, the resort sits within an expansive 326-acre nature park, home to over 90 animal species and 120 plant species.
