Kuwait Airways, public authority: launching careers in Aviation

Al-Fagaan: We are committed to enhancing the potential and competencies of the national youth to develop the national carrierWithin the framework of Kuwait Airways‘ efforts to consolidate relations and strengthen cooperation with State agencies, Kuwait Airways Chairman, Captain Abdulmohsen Al-Fagaan met the Director General of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, Dr Hassan Al-Fajjam at the Authority’s headquarters. During the meeting, the two sides discussed strengthening relations to contribute towards improving the work environment and developing it in the best interests of the country.

Kuwait Airways Chairman, Captain Abdulmohsen Al-Fagaan stated, “We are pleased to meet Dr Hassan Al-Fajjam and the officials of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training who are committed in their efforts to improve and develop the educational system in the country for the better. During the meeting, we also discussed ways to enhance cooperation between Kuwait Airways and the Public Authority for Applied Education in training and qualifying the Authority’s students in the company’s operational sectors.”

Al-Fagaan continued by saying, “Kuwait Airways and the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training are reviewing the prospects of providing students and graduates with career opportunities at Kuwait Airways. This will include giving them training opportunities in various courses at the company relating to numerous operational sectors such as planning destinations, cargo, sales, operations and so on, in addition to equipping and qualifying them using the expertise of our employees to join the company in the near future.”

Al-Fagaan stated that this cooperation would bring about a breakthrough in the future because of its immense significance in preparing the upcoming generations in the service of the national carrier. He also emphasized on the Blue Bird’s commitment and interest towards youth and national competencies that contributes to the development and progress of the company to greater extents.

Al-Fagaan added, “We extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to the officials at the Public Authority for Applied Education for their fruitful cooperation to invest in and develop the future generations. Moreover, Kuwait Airways will continue to be an integral part of Kuwait’s society and contribute to all aspects in the best interest of the country.”
