Light & Warmth Award 2023 – Hilton’s highest honor

Today, Hilton declared the recipients of its 2023 CEO Light & Warmth Award, by identifying 15 people and two teams from all Hilton hotels. The CEO Light & Warmth Award is the highest honor of the company, rejoicing with the Hilton team members world over who bring the values of the brand to life with the help of their inspirational leadership and passion to provide excellent hospitality.  

Over 700 team members in 2023, from the global managed and franchise network of Hilton were selected by their colleagues. From all over the company, finalists were shortlisted by a committee of representatives with the winners getting selected by the president and CEO, Christopher J. Nassetta, Hilton.

He said that true to their founding resolution, their winners of CEO Light & Warmth Award are making the world a better place with the help of great hospitality and moving everyone they meet. These leaders and all their nominees what makes their hospitality unique and their future bright. 

Each of the winners of the 2023 CEO Light & Warmth Award receives an amount of $10,000, one-time, with each team member receiving $1,000 individually from the recognized hotel team. In 2011, Hilton’s CEO Light & Warmth Award debuted and has since recognized over 100 recipients.
