The reopening heralds the introduction of the Bee Revived initiative, a commendable endeavor by Lindian Village Beach Resort Rhodes, Curio Collection by Hilton, aimed at aiding the restoration of Rhodes’ indigenous flora post the wildfires of the previous summer. By adopting 19 beehives, the resort actively contributes to the rejuvenation of the local ecosystem. Guests are encouraged to support this noble cause through donations and by partaking in an innovative honey-tasting experience. Facilitated by local beekeeping experts, this activity provides valuable insights into bee conservation and honey production, emphasizing the project’s societal significance in fostering the growth of the Rhodes community.
