This unveiling introduces a new era of innovation and luxury, promising discerning travelers an unparalleled shopping experience. The reimagined store boasts cutting-edge elements, exclusive offerings, and a towering presence in the heart of Terminal 3’s transit area, easily visible with its all-glass facade and an impressive 8-meter LED media wall.
Premiering within the Terminal 3 Departure Central Duplex Store are world-class boutiques, each redefining travel retail. The House of Suntory shop-in-shop boutique represents a unique embodiment of Japanese art and culture, showcasing premium spirits, including the limited-edition centennial release of Hibiki 21-year-old and the region’s first Toki Whisky launch. The Hennessy Shop-in-Shop, a collaboration between iconic brands, presents a sophisticated display inspired by Hennessy’s savoir-faire and integrating digital innovation.
The Penfolds Shop-in-Shop introduces cutting-edge digital experiences, featuring a revolutionary 3D screen and a state-of-the-art digital sommelier. This technological marvel showcases Penfolds’ fearless approach to winemaking with immersive video content. The Pernod Ricard Shop-in-Shop offers a cross-category boutique, a first at Changi Airport, displaying Blended Scotch and Single Malts with captivating translucent LED screen displays.
On the upper deck, the LOTTE experiential zone unveils the Interactive Wine Sommelier, a groundbreaking service that transforms the wine selection process using state-of-the-art transparent LED touch screens.
