Lucknavi Food Festival with Nawabi flavors at THE Park Indore

To kickstart the festive season, THE Park Hotels, pioneers of luxury boutique hotels in India has launched a 10-day Lucknavi Food Festival from 7th to 16th October at THE Park Indore.

This unique food festival will bring special Nawabi flavors from the streets of Lucknow to Indore. It commenced at THE Park Indore’s culinary voyage – Epicentre offering mouth-savouring authentic Lucknavi delicacies. Executive Chef Gaurav Malhotra and his team have put together an array of sumptuous dishes like the Galouti Kebab, Chicken Shammi Kebab, Mutton Shammi Kebab, Sheermal, Dum Murg ki Kacchi Biryani, Kaju Curry, Dum Aloo Lucknowi, Murg Shahi Korma, Shabnam Curry, Nihari and Kulcha, Tunday Kebab, Dora Kebab.

Speaking on the occasion, Executive Chef Gaurav Malhotra, THE Park Indore said “Lucknavi cuisine is synonymous with not only princely states but also royal, aromatic food. The richness of this cuisine lies in its variety, in the ingredients, and rich spices used in it which pre-dominantly include cardamom, and saffron. With the Lucknowi Food Festival, our main objective is to celebrate the traditional age-old recipes from the majestic royal kitchens of Nawabs and offer Indoris the taste they are not necessarily used to. Throughout the festival, we will be wielding the magic of Nawabi culture and cuisine with our Anything But Ordinary™ culinary expertise.”
