Lufthansa Group’s Innovative Part-Time Program Targets Finance and IT Professionals

In November 2024, the Lufthansa Group is introducing a new part-time initiative within its Finance and IT divisions. Called the PartTimePro program, it aims to draw in fresh talent while adapting to the contemporary job landscape. Specifically targeting seasoned professionals seeking part-time roles, the program offers flexibility with working hours ranging between 70% and 80%. It features a diverse array of offerings and content geared towards personal growth and promising opportunities.

This year-long program serves as an entry point for a lasting career at the Lufthansa Group. It begins with an orientation phase designed to help participants integrate smoothly and understand the company’s diverse aspects. During this phase, participants can rotate through up to three different departments, gaining valuable exposure. Throughout the program’s duration, individual coaching, mentoring, specialized training, and robust program support are provided by the Lufthansa Group.
