Marriott International redefines luxury hospitality landscape with new hotel debuts in 2024

Marriott International has achieved a significant milestone with the opening of its 500th luxury hotel, further solidifying its position as a leader in the luxury hospitality sector. The portfolio of luxury hotel brands includes renowned names such as The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, W Hotels, The Luxury Collection, EDITION, JW Marriott, and Bulgari Hotels & Resorts.

The 500th luxury property, The St. Regis Riyadh, highlights Marriott’s expansive presence, covering 69 countries and territories. The company has announced plans for five new hotels to open in the final weeks of 2023 in diverse global destinations. The luxury development pipeline is robust, with over 200 hotels and resorts in progress, including 24 properties expected to open in 2024.
