Marriott International partners with FibraHotel, Fibra Danhos, and Beyond Ventures to launch The Ritz-Carlton Cancun Punta Nizuc, redefining luxury in a prime destination.

Marriott International, Inc. has announced a significant partnership with FibraHotel, Fibra Danhos, and Beyond Ventures to bring The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun, Punta Nizuc to the region. This exciting development will feature a 131-room luxury hotel, co-developed and owned by FibraHotel and Fibra Danhos, along with 126 branded residences housed in a LEED-certified building designed by Beyond Ventures, marking a new standard of elegance and innovation in the area.

Set to open in 2027, The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun, Punta Nizuc will be located on an exclusive peninsula with over a mile of private shoreline, offering breathtaking ocean views and access to world-class amenities. This luxurious resort aims to provide an unmatched experience in one of the world’s most desirable beach destinations.

The architectural design will be led by renowned firms Lissoni & Partners and Cherem Arquitectos, bringing exceptional creativity and sophistication to the project. The resort will feature a sprawling oceanfront pool complex, a destination spa, six gourmet restaurants, and exclusive amenities for residents. All services will be provided with the hallmark hospitality of The Ritz-Carlton.
