The 300m2 Villa Litica and Villa Borovina, both have four bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an open dining space, and a serene outdoor space that includes an expansive terrace and a private heated pool, complete with outdoor showers. Villa Litica, meaning ‘Cliff’, is made of natural stone from the island of Brac and has three king-sized bedrooms and one twin bedroom.
