MMPRC partner with Surf Session

Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation has recently partnered with ‘Surf Session’, a media platform exclusively devoted to surfing. An exhilarating familiarization trip and a digital campaign was carried on to encourage the Maldives as a well-known surf destination in the French market.

On the social media and the Surf Session website, this extensive digital campaign was done.


A young surfer with the name Kyllian Guerin, in the first part of the campaign, had worked with Surf Session on a week-long trip. There he surfed and discovered the Maldives best waves.


Adaaran Select Hudhuranfushi, Ayada Maldives, and Cinnamon Dhonveli Maldives organized this familiarization tour. Guerin’s journey was captured. Later on, branded content in Instagram posts, stories, articles and banners were dispersed on the social profiles of Kyllian Guerin and Surf Session and official websites as well.


Digital and print articles emphasized Maldives surf lifestyle in the second part of the campaign and were uploaded on Surf Session website. Moreover, a thrilling video of the journey of Kyllian in the Maldives was posted on the YouTube channel.


This showcased the loveliness of the surf spots of the destination. The campaign reinforced the presence of Maldives as the best surf destination and drove excitement among Surf Session’s readership.
