Marriott International is excited to welcome Saurabh Dube as the new General Manager of the upcoming Navi Mumbai Marriott Hotel. With over two decades of rich experience in the hospitality sector, Saurabh is poised to steer this venture with his innovative leadership and deep industry insights.

Beginning his illustrious career with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Saurabh has climbed the ranks within several prominent hospitality companies throughout Mumbai. He has excelled in various leadership roles, particularly in areas like Food & Beverage operations, Event Planning & Catering, Revenue Management, and Sales & Business Development.

Most recently, as the General Manager at Sheraton Grand Pune, Saurabh was instrumental in the hotel’s post-pandemic reopening, transforming it into a top choice for business travelers. His tenure there was marked by significant revenue growth and enhanced market standing. He introduced a cutting-edge ‘Revenue & Reputation’ strategy that drove considerable financial gains and established the hotel’s market leadership in 2022.

Before joining Sheraton Grand Pune, Saurabh served in key positions such as Director of Room Operations and Sales and Marketing at The St. Regis Mumbai, and as Director of Business Development at The Leela Mumbai. His strategic leadership in these roles led to marked improvements in operational effectiveness, revenue growth, and market penetration.

At Navi Mumbai Marriott Hotel, Saurabh aims to craft an exceptional hospitality experience that stands out in the region.
