Negri Sembilan in Malaysia’s tourism sector is set to grow with the opening of Aloft Seremban Hotel, backed by strategic investment and Marriott’s expertise.
Citta Worldwide Sdn Bhd is optimistic about strong occupancy rates at its upcoming Aloft Seremban hotel, driven by the growing tourism sector in Negri Sembilan.
Founded by Datuk Seri Chai Kee Kan, CEO of KK Group of Companies, Citta Worldwide is primarily focused on real estate investment and has recently ventured into the hospitality industry.
The company identified potential in the Seremban market due to its strategic location near Kuala Lumpur, Port Dickson, and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Seremban plays a pivotal role in Negri Sembilan’s industrial landscape, offering a convenient alternative for foreign investors who can avoid daily commutes to the capital city.
