New Culinary Attraction ‘Love By Britto’ Now Aboard Princess Cruises’ Sun Princess

Princess Cruises has launched its latest culinary attraction, Love by Britto, aboard Sun Princess. Guests are delighting in the unique fusion of art by Romero Britto and culinary expertise by Rudi Sodamin, making it a memorable onboard experience.

Love by Britto offers a captivating dining experience where Britto’s iconic artistry seamlessly merges with Sodamin’s culinary expertise, crafting a delightful seven-course prix fixe menu that delights both the senses and the palate.

Located on Deck 17 aft, guests step into an intimate 68-seat venue adorned with the artist’s vibrant and joyful designs, set against a backdrop designed to immerse couples in a world filled with vibrant colors, striking patterns, and deep emotions. The ambiance is complemented by extraordinary, engaging service and breathtakingly romantic ocean views.

The seven-course dining experience commences with enticing aphrodisiacs such as Oysters with Lemongrass Kafir, Mirin, and Gold Flakes.

Entrees feature creatively presented heart-shaped dishes, including savory options like Tuna & Avocado with Pomegranate and Togarashi, a Cappuccino of Wild Mushroom soup, a Salad of Beets, Figs, and Goat Cheese, Granita of Pink Champagne and Rose Petals, Tail of Lobster Thermidor, and Succulent Beef Tenderloin with Truffle Jus. Dessert, in true Love Boat style, showcases a heart-shaped Chocolate Lava Cake, Fresh Berries & Raspberry Cream, accompanied by Petits Fours.

Special details include vibrant dinnerware adorned with Britto’s art, heart-folded napkins, and cutlery featuring heart-shaped cutouts. Love by Britto requires a cover charge of $79 per person and can be reserved pre-cruise via the Princess app.

Curated specialty cocktails and an extensive wine list have been carefully selected to complement the menu and are available à la carte. Seven new love-themed cocktails have been crafted, including:

• Strawberry Love Potion: Tequila Rose, Disaronno Amaretto, Chambord, and fresh strawberries.
• Expresso My Love: Jameson, OM Chocolate Liqueur, Disaronno Amaretto, Demerara sugar, chocolate bitters, and espresso.
• Britto Coupe: Grey Goose Strawberry and Lemongrass, Aperol, Cointreau, lime, and strawberries.
