Restaurant Week India (RWI), the celebrated dining festival organised by the Dining Collective in collaboration with Kotak Solitaire, Kotak Mahindra Bank, is expanding its footprint across the country with a nationwide edition. After making its comeback across three cities in April, the festival will return with its Autumn Edition from October 16 to November 1, 2026, bringing together more than 100 prominent restaurants from across India.
The upcoming edition will run for 17 days, covering three weekends and introducing more cities, more culinary experiences and new dining formats designed to give food enthusiasts greater access to India’s evolving restaurant scene.

The expansion follows the strong response received during the Summer Edition, which demonstrated growing interest in curated dining experiences. The festival welcomed more than 6,000 diners, generated over ₹1 crore in revenue for participating restaurants and recorded nearly 1,700 additional waitlist requests after reservations reached capacity.
With demand exceeding expectations, the Autumn Edition has been developed on a larger scale, offering diners more opportunities to explore signature cuisines, discover new restaurants and experience exclusive culinary concepts.

The Autumn Edition of Restaurant Week India will feature three distinct formats, allowing diners to experience restaurants in new and curated ways.

The festival will also introduce limited-edition dessert pop-ups in selected cities. These one-time experiences will bring together pastry chefs to create specially curated dessert tasting menus for a single exclusive sitting.
Each pop-up will feature limited seating, with details about participating chefs, locations and dates scheduled to be announced closer to the festival.
‘One Service Only’ Culinary Evenings
A new concept called ‘One Service Only’ will place the spotlight on food-focused bars and their kitchen offerings. Selected venues will prepare a special three-course menu exclusively for Restaurant Week India guests.
Each evening will include two limited-seat sittings. Guests will also have access to a specially created drinks menu available separately at participating venues.

Summer Edition Highlights Growing Demand For Premium Dining Experiences
The Summer Edition represented Restaurant Week India’s return after a decade-long break. Held across Mumbai, Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru over ten days, the festival attracted thousands of diners and created significant engagement for participating restaurants.
More than 6,000 guests attended through over 2,100 bookings, generating more than ₹1 crore in restaurant revenue. However, demand quickly surpassed available capacity, with nearly 1,700 waitlist requests remaining unfulfilled when reservations closed.
The festival also showed signs of strong customer engagement, with several diners returning multiple times. Around 81 users made three or more bookings during the ten-day event, indicating growing interest in discovering multiple restaurants through the platform.

The strong response encouraged organisers to expand the festival beyond its initial city network and create a larger national dining platform.
Restaurant Week India Aims To Connect Diners With India’s Diverse Culinary Landscape
The Autumn Edition reflects the rapid growth of India’s restaurant industry and the increasing popularity of experience-driven dining. By bringing together restaurants from different regions, the festival aims to encourage diners to explore new flavours, revisit favourite venues and discover emerging culinary destinations.
The expanded edition will include restaurants from cities across India, extending the festival’s reach from major metropolitan areas to a wider national audience.
Restaurant Week India’s organisers are preparing to reveal the complete restaurant list, dessert pop-up schedule and ‘One Service Only’ calendar before reservations begin.
