Moreover, Oman logged 2.9 million global tourists, exhibiting an upsurge of 348 percent compared to the figures of 652,000 witnessed in 2021.


The major footfall was seen from Gulf Cooperation Council states with 1.6 million tourists, followed by
651,00 from Asian nations, and 360,000 from European realms.
