Omni Hotels & Resorts is delighted to declare the selection of Jeff Doane as its new Chief Commercial Officer. Possessing over two decades of experience in the hospitality sector, Doane brings extensive expertise from his prior senior executive positions at Fairmont Raffles Hotels International and most recently as the Chief Commercial Officer at Accor North America.
Doane will directly report to President Kurt Alexander, taking charge of orchestrating and implementing Omni’s integrated commercial strategy across its current array of hotels and resorts in the United States and Canada. His responsibilities will encompass all facets of marketing, encompassing brand and tactical marketing, public relations, partnerships, social media, and digital platforms (omnihotels.com). Additionally, he will oversee Omni’s global and hotel sales organizations, revenue management, the Select Guest Loyalty program, as well as distribution and customer service.
This appointment holds significant importance as Omni has dedicated over $2 billion to enhance its portfolio over the past five years and committed $1.5 billion for further enhancements in the next five years.

Throughout his tenure at Fairmont Raffles Hotels International and Accor, Doane consistently exceeded revenue targets, enhanced loyalty membership, and secured increased market shares year after year.

Doane actively contributes to the industry, serving on the HSMAI CMO and Foundation Boards, the US Travel CEO Board, and the Plug & Play Hospitality Vertical Advisory Board. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
