In Orlando, a new lagoon by Crystal Lagoons near Disney World offers a beach experience amidst 10,000 rooms, revolutionizing tourism and hospitality.

Over 10,000 accommodations encircle a cutting-edge lagoon, powered by Crystal Lagoons technology, which was recently unveiled in the United States. This innovative lagoon is situated a stone’s throw away from Disney World and Universal Studios, in Orlando – America’s top tourist destination, attracting 75 million visitors a year. Although Orlando is renowned for its plethora of entertainment options, it previously lacked a beach. This new venture addresses that gap with a crystal-clear lagoon by the global innovation firm established by scientist Fernando Fischmann.

The lagoon is a key feature of the Evermore Orlando Resort, marking one of the most ambitious tourism initiatives in Florida. Spanning 8 acres, the lagoon with its expansive sandy beaches challenges traditional hotel models by setting new benchmarks of excellence and highlighting Crystal Lagoons’ significant role in the hospitality and entertainment sector.

Adjacent to the lagoon is Orlando’s inaugural Conrad hotel, a prestigious brand within the Hilton portfolio, alongside a diverse mix of residences, villas, and apartments. The resort also boasts an 18-hole golf course crafted by the legendary golfer Jack Nicklaus.

Iván Manzur, Senior Vice President of Sales at Crystal Lagoons US Corp, remarked, “Integrating a Crystal Lagoons® feature instantly elevates a hotel project to become the premier choice in its locale. Conrad, a globally recognized hotel brand, acknowledged this and opted to elevate the standard within America’s most visited region.”

Crystal Lagoons boasts its largest footprint in the United States, with over 275 projects in various phases of development and negotiation. Noteworthy projects include Aqua, Mirada, Sole Mia, Balmoral, Windsong Ranch, Beachwalk, and Southshore Bay. Additionally, a recent partnership to create four Public Access Lagoons™, also known as PAL™ complexes in Texas, is particularly significant, supplementing the company’s portfolio of accessible lagoon projects like Epperson (Florida) and Lago Mar (Texas).
