This certification demonstrates Ottawa Tourism’s commitment to making the city a friendly and secure destination for all visitors and delegates.
Ottawa Tourism is committed to celebrating and assisting 2SLGBTQI+ guests and the
community, as evidenced by its Rainbow Registered accreditation, a mark of 2SLGBTQI+ inclusivity in Canada’s tourism sector. As part of this initiative, an initial group of hotels, venues, shops, and attractions throughout the city have joined the Rainbow Registered Guide, with numerous others expected to follow suit. These additions significantly bolster Ottawa’s reputation as a welcoming and supportive destination for 2SLGBTQI+ delegates and travelers.
Lesley Pincombe, Vice President, Meetings and Major Events at Ottawa Tourism xpressed that Ottawa Tourism is honored to receive recognition from CGLCC for their steadfast commitment to inclusivity.
