Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest and most recognised hospitality company, has announced the signing of a new Ginger hotel in Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh, marking another important step in the expansion of its growing midscale hospitality network. The upcoming property will be developed as a brownfield project, allowing IHCL to enhance its footprint in one of the emerging urban destinations of central India while responding to the increasing demand for quality accommodation options.

The new Ginger hotel will further strengthen IHCL’s presence in Chhattisgarh, a state witnessing steady growth in business activity, infrastructure development, tourism, and commercial opportunities. Located in the planned city of Nava Raipur, the property is expected to support the evolving travel needs of business visitors, government officials, professionals, and leisure travellers exploring the region.

The project will add momentum to Ginger’s expansion strategy, as the brand continues to grow its portfolio across key markets in India. The upcoming 111-key Ginger Nava Raipur will feature spacious rooms along with Qmin, Ginger’s signature all-day dining restaurant, providing guests with a convenient dining experience.
