Pune to get New Vivanta hotel in Talegaon- IHCL Unveils

Today, India’s largest hospitality company has announced the signing of a new hotel in Talegaon, Pune. This upcoming Vivanta-branded Greenfield project marks IHCL‘s continued expansion in Pune, a key commercial city in Maharashtra. Talegaon, known for its prominence in the automobile and manufacturing sectors, is undergoing further growth due to increasing infrastructure development. IHCL’s Executive Vice President, Suma Venkatesh, emphasized the significance of this fifth hotel in Pune and expressed delight in partnering with RMK Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. for this venture.

Situated on Talegaon MIDC road and covering 2.5 acres, the 140-keys hotel enjoys a strategic location in proximity to leading multinational companies. The hotel will feature diverse amenities, including the all-day diner Mynt, a specialty restaurant, Wink bar with a generous 4000 sq.ft. of banquet space, as well as recreational facilities like a swimming pool, gym, and spa.

Mr. Ramdas Kakade, Founder of RMK Infrastructure Pvt Ltd., expressed pleasure in collaborating with IHCL, acknowledging them as leaders in India’s hospitality industry. He highlighted the unique experience that this Vivanta-branded hotel will offer guests in Talegaon.

Pune, a dynamic metropolis in Maharashtra, known for seamlessly blending modernity with tradition, serves as a major hub for manufacturing, IT, and education. With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have a total of 33 hotels under its SeleQtions, Vivanta, and Ginger brands in Maharashtra, with 11 more in various stages of development.
